REFUND POLICY

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right. To return or exchange an item with a receipt, simply bring it to the store and we will replace it or give you a full refund in the form of your original payment. If you don't have your receipt, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • A customer has 24 hours to receive a refund for produce, dairy, and bakery purchases.
    A customer has 7 days to receive a refund for grocery purchases.
  • There will be no refunds issued for purchases on buffet food, hot soup, prepared foods, deli meat, fish, cheeses, fresh cakes, fresh flowers, and roses.
  • We reserve the right to limit refunds based on misuse, or where prohibited by law.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY

Our businesses permit service animals in the areas of its premises that are open to the public.

A service animal must be under the control of its handler. A service animal must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless the handler is either unable to use the same because of a disability, or the use of the same would interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of work or tasks. In such case, the service animal must otherwise be under the handler’s control, such as through voice commands, signals, or other effective means.

We ask that non-service animals to be removed from the premises. We also ask that service animals that are out of control, pose a threat to health or safety, or are not housebroken be removed from the premises. The individual may continue to shop at the store without the animal. Publix will gladly provide personal shopping assistance to such an individual upon request.

All service animals are prohibited from being carried in our grocery store’s shopping cart.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

  • Our stores do not allow copyright infringing activity on our services.
  • As part of our response, we will remove content if they are given proper notice that such content infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
  • If you are a copyright owner or an agent of a copyright owner and you believe that any content on our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the DMCA by sending an email to contact@marsfl.com

COUPON POLICY

Our stores accept paper and digital coupons. Customers who choose to use the digital coupons are required to have a digital account with a valid, active Star Club Card.

A valid Star Club Card or a phone number associated with an active loyalty membership is required to access a digital account to use digital coupons at the time of purchase.

Digital coupons and offers are deducted from a customer’s total purchase prior to paper coupons or any other discounts and cannot be added back or removed once the Card has been scanned.

Coupon Acceptance Criteria:

– Limit one Store/Manufacturer coupon (paper or digital) per item purchased

– Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon from the manufacturer

– All coupons will be accepted at face value on the purchase of the correct description on the coupon:

  • Brand
  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Color
  • Flavor

– Expired coupons will not be accepted

– We do not accept coupons that are copied, blurry, out of proportion, altered, or that will not scan at the point of sale

– We limit coupons to three (3) of the same coupons per day, per household, unless otherwise noted restrictions on the coupon

– If the order total is negative from coupon use the balance will be added to merchandise return card

The store manager has the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY coupon or offer.

PRIVACY POLICY

While doing business with you, both online and in our stores and other physical locations, we collect a range of personal information. This information includes:

  • Identifiers such as your name, physical address, telephone number, IP address, device identifiers and identifiers associated with cookies;
  • Financial information such as payment card information;
